What happens if something goes wrong?
Your clinic is responsible for your treatment and clinical aftercare, and stays your first point of contact. GetClinic keeps your follow-up moving with the clinic and steps in with the clinic if something is off.
Who pays if I need a revision?
That depends on your clinic's revision policy, which is part of your written quote before you commit. If a dispute comes up, GetClinic's complaints process mediates directly with the clinic. Optional GetClinic Care can add cover for corrective treatment under its own terms.
